<h4><strong>谐波抑制低通滤波器</strong></h4>
<p>发射机输出信号除了工作信号外伴随着谐波，特别是在高功率GSM应用中，谐波问题更显严重，其谐波通常可采用低通滤波器进行抑制。基于IPD技术的低通滤波器具有低插损、高谐波抑制和小尺寸等优点，是此种应用的理想选择。</p>

<p>载波聚合作为一种重要的创新技术可以有效的利用频谱和扩展数据带宽。集合更多的频谱有助于提高数据吞吐量，其聚合频谱甚至可包括ISM(工业、科学、医学)频段等，这给射频前端提出了新的挑战：射频前端需要能够在这些分开的频段同时工作。通过载波聚合双工器复用天线是一有效的实现方案。</p>
<p>载波聚合双工器用于集合不同频段的信号，并馈于一个宽带天线，其示意图如下。载波聚合双工器除了集合不同频段信号外，同时具有带外抑制和输出端口带内隔离等功能。匹配载波聚合双工器则可进一步集成天线匹配功能而实现更高集成度的天线复用前端。</p>

<h4><strong>封装</strong></h4>
<p>基于集成电路制程，IPD器件可以与其他芯片一起封装并集成在一个SiP(System in Package，系统集成封装)模块中，SiP是IPD器件的主要应用场景。</p>
<p>IPD器件可通过平铺和堆叠的方式与其他芯片实现各种封装方案，获得紧凑封装的小型化SiP模块。IPD器件可以通过金线键合和倒装等各种连接方式集成到各种射频前端中，如开关模块和功放模块。</p>
<p>IPD器件也可以单独封装，成为单个SMT(表面贴装)无源器件可直接用于PCB(印刷电路板)上的应用。不同的IPD器件还可以通过封装实现无源系统模块，集成复杂的无源功能，如带匹配功能的滤波器巴伦、带匹配功能的双工器、天线馈电网络等。</p>
